This unique culinary contest for restaurant professionals was born out of a desire to bring together those with a passion for Asian gastronomy.

Entrants will be judged by a panel of experts, each recognised in their field. The prize is a trip to Asia to learn more about its culinary culture.

A total of 15 entrants are expected to compete for the trophy. 

Restaurant professionals will have to demonstrate their boldness and creativity as they take part in a choice of 3 challenges:

BEST SUSHI - Duration: 50 mins 

Make a sushi platter for two people

BEST STREET FOOD - Duration: 50 mins

Reproduce a legendary Asian street food dish

BEST PASTRY - Duration: 40 mins 

Create a classic pastry with Asian flavours
