- Avoid littering – use the provided bins for disposal.
- Respect the selective waste sorting instructions onsite – A team will be present onsite to answer any question.
- Opt for sustainable transportation for your daily commute to EquipHotel (walking, cycling, public transport, carpooling, or using the free shuttle service provided by EquipHotel at Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport).
- Respect all individuals regardless of their gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability, or any other difference.
- Respect all individuals and their consent - EquipHotel is a safe place, free from disruptive behaviour.
- If you believe you have witnessed or experienced a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it to a member of the EquipHotel staff or at the info desk.
EquipHotel retains the right to take action against anyone who does not respect the Code of Conduct, disrupts the event or makes the environment hostile for any participants. including, but not limited to, refusing entry, or removing the individual(s) from the event.
