IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA

- “LOCAL COLOURS” -

PRESENTATION

Il Luogo di Aimo & Nadia is the restaurant in Milan that for over 50 years has been an emblem of Italian gastronomic identity in the world. In this place, dishes have been created that have set the pace of the evolution of Italian cuisine: excellent and exclusive raw materials, the result of scrupulous research and selection to bring little-known or even forgotten ingredients and techniques back into the limelight. A very respectful approach to original flavours, ingredients and Italian gastronomic culture.

The summer of 2018 sees the completion of the restaurant renovation project and the creation of a new annex space with an open kitchen - Le Theatrum dei Sapori - conceptually closer to a domestic environment, imagined for customers who wish to live a more immersive experience in il Luogo's kitchen and for all those who wish to approach the world of cooking, whether out of passion or profession, through a direct experience.

In April 2018 the chefs Negrini e Pisani, already owners of Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia with Stefania Moroni, inaugurate their first project outside the restaurant. In collaboration with Rossana Orlandi and Etro, they open Aimo e Nadia BistRo, a bistro that combines the world of decoration and design with gastronomic pleasures.

Also in 2018, Intesa Sanpaolo has chosen to entrust Aimo e Nadia with the overall management of the catering services at its headquarters in Piazza della Scala and the Gallerie d'Italia museum. In November 2018 Voce Aimo e Nadia opens its doors with a gourmet restaurant, cafeteria and bookshop.
